  1. Oct 2025 — Present

    Mobilinanow

    Technical Product Manager

    • Led the end-to-end development and launch of 10+ mobile applications, owning the whole lifecycle from idea validation to App Store release.
    • Shipped MoonVille, HarcaKazan and Yuno from concept to production, owning product strategy, UX design, technical execution, QA and release management.
    • Led product development for Reelina, an AI video generation app that passed six figures in revenue, working across product, engineering, design, growth and marketing.
    • Designed complete user experiences in Figma: onboarding flows, feature specs, wireframes and conversion-focused journeys.
    • Built and optimised web-to-app funnels, connecting landing pages to onboarding and subscription flows.
    • Ran Agile delivery: roadmap and sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, release coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Owned App Store releases, ASO and growth initiatives across marketing sites, social media and conversion optimisation.

    • Built and maintained scalable iOS apps with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and MVVM-C architecture.
    • Took ownership of product execution across mobile and web, driving features from concept to release.

    • Developed iOS applications with Swift and UIKit, focusing on performance and scalability.
    • Used Firebase for real-time database, authentication and cloud storage.
    • Implemented in-app purchases and subscription management with Adapty.
    • Contributed to AI-powered features across the apps.
    • Collaborated through Git, keeping version management clean across projects.

    • Worked on logistics and supply chain projects, including volume forecasting and workplace safety systems.
